I just got my electric bill today. I have determined that it costs us about $150.00 per month to heat for the months of January and February. That brings my season-to-date heating cost to approximately $450.00. Considering that State College had the coldest February on record, this is a great result from the new heat pump. We are on track to fall within the estimates that Brian gave me for the system performance. At this cost level, the heat pump should save us approximately $2000.00 versus an oil furnace this year. I could not be happier with the investment we have made in changing from oil to a heat pump.

From the salesman to those who did the installation were all fantastic to work with. Very helpful and answered any questions that we had. The installers were very courteous, went about their work, and cleaned up after they were done. We will highly recommend Redmond to others.
I spoke with Redmonds after I found a burst pipe on my hot water heater at 8:30PM on a Sunday night. I left a message on the emergency line and received a call back almost immediately. The gentleman I spoke with was WONDERFUL. He took my info and scheduled a service call for first thing the next morning, bright and early! Before we ended the call, we FaceTimed so he could talk me through the water shut off etc. Despite my frustration and anxiety related to a major appliance repair/water damage, he was patient, professional, and accommodating. Over the next few hours, he confirmed my appointment time, worked up an estimate, and offered me an incredible price on the replacement/repair. We had our last text exchange ant 11PM on a Sunday night. Thats customer service! Although the work isn’t scheduled to be done until tomorrow AM, Im so pleased and relieved that I felt compelled to write a review. They’ve already earned it!
